Late as all hell, I know. But I been painting, still. Call it an obsession. Call it bizarre masturbation. Fact is, it is coming along swimmingly. I can say that the farther the painting comes along, the more other ideas crystallize. I am truly grateful at this point to have been born with a talent that no one let me give up on. Regardless of education, financial situation, or any other variables in my life, I will have this talent, and I consider it something hewn from the drive that others gave me, not my own.
